Marc H. Simon is Chair of Fox Rothschild LLP’s Entertainment & Sports Law Department and a veteran entertainment attorney with a broad range of experience in film, television and digital media. His clients include film and television companies, financiers, producers, talent, influencers, directors, writers and other content creators, as well as businesses in the digital, gaming and new media industries. A few of Marc’s clients include Alec Baldwin and his El Dorado Pictures production company, Joe Pesci, and Debra Granik, in addition to several in the reboot community. Marc is also an award-winning filmmaker, who produced the feature documentaries After Innocence(2005), which won the Special Jury Prize at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was short-listed for Best Documentary Feature at the 78th Academy Awards, and he directed and produced Nursery University(2009) and Unraveled(2012) and executive produced The Eagle Huntress. A frequent lecturer, Marc has spoken before the New York City and County Bar Associations, University of Pennsylvania Law School, Tufts University, Lafayette University, William and Mary School of Law, New York University and Yale University, among many others.
