Exodus refers to both the journey of Jews out of Egypt (and slavery) and the name of the foundational text in the Torah.
This is one of the most-known stories about Jews and Israel. Moses answered the call of the burning bush, led the enslaved Jews across the desert and seas, and settled into the promised land, which would become Israel.
The story of Exodus is told during the Passover seder.
